First Floor
Enter into the elegant foyer; to the right is a an office and separate powder room and beyond is the den with a TV and doors to the exterior. Off of the main foyer is the beautifully appointed living room with picture windows to take in the gorgeous surrounding views, as well as a dining table suited for 6-8 guests. A door from this area leads to the covered, and furnished porch. The eat-in kitchen is thoughtfully designed and outfitted with the finest of culinary amenities, a gorgeous space to create and gather. Off of the kitchen is the mudroom with a door leading to the patio as well as a second powder room.
Second Floor
The primary suite offers sweeping views of the water and beyond, and is outfitted with a king sized bed, TV and balcony. Adjacent to this suite is a separate private office, walk in closet and lovely bathroom with a tub and separate shower. There are two more suites on this level, both with king sized beds and private, well appointed bathrooms. A laundry room completes this level.
Cottage
The pool house offers a full bathroom with a shower and a bar area well stocked with outdoor dinnerware and a beverage area. Upstairs is a gorgeous family room with a TV, work out area and a balcony to take in the 180 degree sweeping views of the Town skyline and Nantucket harbor.
