Siasconset home with easy access to the bicycle path and also into Siasconset Village for shopping, Post Office, strolling along the historic streets, heading down to the beach or catching the NRTA bus into Nantucket Town. The house is comfortable and spacious with living areas, plus there are four bedrooms two and a half bathrooms. Use of the loft in the master bedroom, attic and widows walk is not permitted.
First Floor
The welcoming foyer leads to a sunny and bright open floor plan that combines a spacious living room and dining room with built in seating and full kitchen. A half bath is just off the kitchen. A few steps down from the dining room leads to the back breezeway with doors leading to the patio with gas grill, small table, couple of chairs and teak bench. On the other side of the breezeway is an enclosed outside shower. A washer/dryer stack is tucked away in the breezeway's closet. The breezeway also leads to the nicely tucked away master bedroom with King bed, ensuite bath, large walk-in closet and adjacent sunroom/office at the back of the house.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs ahead a full bathroom with tiled tub and shower. Down the hallway a small bedroom with Full bed, bedroom with Queen bed and at the end of the hall Bedroom with Twin beds. All three bedrooms share the bathroom at the top of the stairway.

Partially finished basement with small couch and TV.
