Heading south from the main living room is a hall with two desk areas, a powder room, and a spacious Master Bedroom (King) with large private Bath, and direct access to the outdoor shower. This first floor Master also has lovely water views.
Second Floor
The rear stairs beyond the Family room to the north lead to a Master Bedroom (King) with gorgeous water views and en suite bath (Tub / Shower). There is a pass-through hall with storage closets which leads from this bedroom to a Bedroom (built-in Twin beds). This Twin bedroom has its own separate stair case which leads down to the hall Bath.
Cottage
A cottage on the property is not included in this rental. It is located a comfortable distance from the main house, such that occupants will not impact privacy of tenants in the Main house.
