First Floor
Enter into a gracious foyer with a powder room to the left, and a dining room to the right. The dining room has an oval dining table with seating for eight guests and is accented by grasscloth walls. Beyond is the kitchen with a cathedral ceiling, large center island with a prep-sink and seating for four. A breakfast nook, six-burner Bertazzoni range and a door leading to the deck with pool beyond are just some of the many features of this space. The living room offers two seating areas, a flat screen TV and access to the pool. The family room is found beyond, also with a TV, and has a large barn door which can be closed off for movie night or conference calls. At the end of the hallway to the right is the first of five suites; this bedroom has a queen sized bed, door to the outside and a private bathroom with a glass and tile shower. Across the hall is an additional suite featuring a king sized bed, two closets and a large, private bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a glass and tile shower. A large mudroom/laundry room completes the first floor of this home.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs is a bunk room with details sure to delight! Each of the four twin sized bunks has a reading light, and there are window seats and drawers to store away clothing and childhood treasures. Passing through the dressing area is a private bathroom with a tub/shower with a glass door. Down the hallway is the second floor primary suite; an elegant and warm dressing room greets you to this suite; to the right is the bedroom with a king bed, TV, soaring ceiling and doors leading to a balcony overlooking the pool. The private bath has a double-sink vanity, oval soaking tub and a very large glass and tile shower. Passing by the second laundry room is the fifth suite which has a king sized bed, TV and a private bathroom with a glass and tile shower.
Cottage
The pool house has a wet bar with a beverage fridge. There is a bathroom with towel storage and a shower outside.
