This beach home is located 1,000 feet from Cisco Beach with 180 degree ocean views. The upside down floorplan includes three bedrooms on the first floor and the primary suite upstairs. There are three decks upstairs and a wraparound porch on first floor to take in the ocean breezes and sunsets. With the bike path directly across the street, 167 Raw, Cisco Brewers and Bartlett Farm are just a short ride away.

First Floor

Proceeding down the hallway from the front foyer, the first bedroom on the left has a queen sized bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. Across the hallway are two additional bedrooms; the first one has two twin sized beds and next door has a set of bunk beds (full sized bed on the bottom, twin sized bed on top). A bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower services these two bedrooms. At the end of the hallway is a family room with a TV and beyond is the laundry room with the washer/dryer. Central AC services this level.

Second Floor

At the top of the stairs is the light and bright great room which includes the living area, dining area with seating for four guests and the kitchen with a center island and seating for two guests. The kitchen is outfitted with appliances including Viking and Subzero. This space has several doors leading out to the front and side facing decks, with views of Cisco beach. Passing by the powder room leads to the primary suite with an office and beyond to the bedroom with a king sized bed, high ceilings, balcony with views of Hummock Pond and a private bathroom with a shower and two sinks. Wall mounted minisplits provide AC for this upper level of the home.
