This is a rental home for nature lovers! Steps from the beach with access to kayaking, paddle boarding and a mooring for your boat if you have one. Beautiful Nantucket sunsets every night! The vacation property is only three miles from town but a world away!
First Floor
Enter into the front foyer, to the left is a great room with a cathedral ceiling, comfortable seating, a decorative fireplace, and a flat screen television. Sliding doors open out to a deck with lounge seating, a dining table with umbrella and a gas grill. Just beyond the deck is a private path down to the harbor beach. The kitchen is open to the great room and has a six burner gas range, a breakfast table, and a pantry. The dining room has seating for six and sliding doors out to the screened in porch with seating. To the left of the front entry are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed that uses a private hall bathroom with a shower and the other bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom.
Second Floor
The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen television, private harbor facing balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, and door out to the balcony. There are additional guest bedrooms on the second floor. The first has five twin beds and an ensuite shower bedroom and the second has a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom, this bedroom is accessed either through the twin bedroom of has a stairway up from the garage.
