Enter into a formal living room with a decorative fireplace. Just beyond is a den with comfortable seating and a flat-screen television. At the back of the house is the combination kitchen and dining area, the kitchen has granite countertops and a gas range. The converted porch has a single day bed, laundry closet and a full bathroom with a shower bathroom.
Second Floor
There are two bedrooms with queen beds and two hall bathrooms, one with a double vanity and glass-enclosed shower and the other bathroom has a combination tub/shower.
