This beautifully maintained Nantucket vacation rental is on a private half acre in Sconset with a peek of the ocean. The rental has four bedrooms and five bathrooms with multiple living areas and a large yard.Â
First Floor
From the covered front porch, enter into a light-filled entry hall with a half bathroom. The open living room with comfortable seating and a decorative fireplace has French doors that open to an expansive deck. The well equipped kitchen has granite countertops with a six-burner gas Viking range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Miele dishwasher, and island seating for two. The dining area is open to the kitchen and has seating for eight with a French door out to the deck with seating and the beautifully manicured yard. Off the living room is a family room with comfortable seating, large flat-screen television, and a decorative fireplace. There are two guest bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds, they are both ensuite with combination tub/showers.
Second Floor
The large master suite with high ceilings has a king bed, a decorative fireplace, a walk-in closet, an office area, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a glass-enclosed tiled shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom, also with a decorative fireplace and high ceilings, has a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled glass-enclosed shower and a claw foot tub. Both bedrooms have French doors lead out to the deck.
