Recently built outdoor shower accessed by master bathroom. There is a Queen bed room with recently renovated en suite tiled bathroom with stall shower. French doors that open onto a deck providing beautiful harbor and conservation land views. There is a second Queen bedroom with recently renovated en suite tiled bathroom with stall shower. Lower Level

Spacious and paneled media room with a media system to control a beautifully equipped and updated home theater; custom floor to ceiling barn doors that lead to a fully equipped gym. Separate laundry room with sink.

Cottage

Enter into a beautifully renovated space featuring an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. Half bath and laundry and side door to the pool and patio area.
