First Floor
Step into a welcoming foyer where a hallway leads you back to the three-bedroom suites within the Main Home. To the left, there is a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and an ensuite bath with a beautiful marble shower. Across the hallway, the primary suite has a queen four-poster bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom with a rain heard shower. At the end of the hallway, on the left, is a bedroom with two twin beds, TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. An elegant and functional mudroom/laundry room is found at the back of the first floor, which leads to a covered, screened-in porch with a decorative fireplace and TV area. The covered porch leads to the deck, and beyond to the side yard, bike rack, spacious outdoor shower and the adjacent Guest Studio.
Second Floor
As you reach the top of the stairs, one is greeted by harbor views through doors flanking either side of the decorative fireplace. These doors lead out to a deck with two loungers, a dining table and a comfortable cocktail seating area. The open-concept floor plan features a spacious, modern kitchen with white accents and marble countertops. Around the corner from the kitchen is a library/den, a cozy and elegant space, that can be completely closed off with a hidden door, with stunning navy lacquer, a TV and a powder room. The adjacent living room has carefully chosen furnishings and decor, and beyond is the dining table with seating for eight guests. The space is anchored by a built-in wet bar with refrigerated drawers. An additional, separate small deck has a hard-lined gas grill for all cookout needs.
