First Floor
Enter the first floor to find a large, light-filled entertainment space complete with a ping-pong table, a bookshelf filled with board games, seating, and sliding glass doors revealing the extensive outdoor deck and dining area. Around the corner find two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the second, a light-filled room with a king sized bed. Rounding out the first floor is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, and a bathroom with a tub/shower.
Second Floor
Heading upstairs find an open-concept and light-filled living and dining area with vaulted ceilings and beautiful views of Hummock Pond and the ocean beyond. The cozy living area is equipped with plenty of seating, a flat-screen television, a bookshelf stocked with Nantucket books, a keyboard piano, and more, perfect for keeping busy throughout summer nights. An upside-down style house, the kitchen is found on the second floor. Highlighting the second floor is an upstairs deck, accessed by sliding doors through the living area. The deck is appointed with outdoor furniture, a grill, and of course, stunning views. Find the primary bedroom beyond the main living area, a spacious room with a king bed, couch, and plenty of space. Completing the second floor is an additional bedroom with three single beds, and a large bathroom with a tub/shower.
