This newly renovated and beautifully appointed Nantucket vacation rental has a swimming pool, distant views of the ocean and pastoral views looking towards Sconset and Sankaty Head Lighthouse. The perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The pool cabana is not finished and it only a storage shed.
First Floor
The first-floor master has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled, glass-enclosed shower and a door out to the outdoor shower and side yard. There are two additional guest bedrooms, the first has twin beds and the second a king bed. The beds each have doors out to the side porch and share a hall bathroom with a double vanity and a tiled glass-enclosed shower.Â
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs enter into a light-filled, open concept kitchen dining and living area. The kitchen has marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and a center island with counter seating for three. The dining area has seating for eight with sliding doors out to the back deck, stairs lead down to the pool area and yard. The living area has a large sectional, flat-screen television and a decorative fireplace. The second set of sliding doors lead to the side deck. A powder room is located at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower.
Lower Level
Finished lower level ideal for raining day activities and is an ideal setting for ping pong, Foosball or watching a movie.

Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
