Your kids will have the perfect escape in the large finished basement with plenty to entertain them including TV, foosball, board games, and a card table. Upon returning from the pool or one of the many nearby Southside beaches (Surfside, Nobadeer, Miacomet), enjoy a moment of peace relaxing in the private plunge pool/spa tub in the beautifully landscaped backyard while your kids play and make new Summer friends at the Beach Plum community pool, tennis and bocce courts. Wash off in the outdoor shower and enjoy a cocktail around the fire pit on the bluestone patio. If the beach is not your thing, hop on the adjacent Surfside or Milestone bicycle paths. Enjoy the hiking trails in the Nantucket State Forest next door.
First Floor
Enter through the front porch to find an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This home offers plenty of gathering space, whether it be the kitchen featuring island bar seating and the finest appliances, the dining room for eight, the sitting area, or the den. Extending off the living area is access to the outdoor patio, yard, and spa areas. Beyond the main living areas, find the spacious primary bedroom complete with a King bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom.
Second Floor
Heading upstairs, find a bedroom with a Queen, complete with an ensuite bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed tiled shower. Find an additional bedroom with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. A laundry room completes the second floor.
Lower Level
The lower level offers plenty of entertainment, with a game table, a cozy seating area, and a flatscreen television. Two bedrooms, one with double twin bunk beds, and the other with two twins share a bathroom, completing the lower level.
