Welcome to The Dips, the first of its kind and the ultimate luxury compound on Nantucket. Whether it is a milestone birthday, family reunion, corporate retreat, or an epic friend's getaway, Nantucket is the location and The Dips is the destination. Masterfully crafted, The Dips is an extraordinary property where guests can rest, reflect, and recharge in the lap of luxury. The compound boasts a seven-bedroom Main House (The Big Dip) and a five-bedroom Guest House (the Little Dip). All bedrooms are ensuite and there is an additional studio above the garage. Note: The main house and garage studio can be rented on its own.
First Floor
"The Big Dip" is the 7-bedroom Main House. The first floor opens into an expansive living area that has sliding doors that lead out to the pool. A separate office with pocket doors creates a space for working from home. Four en suite bedrooms are found on the first floor. There is a second primary bedroom with a soaking tub and a corner en suite bedroom with sliding doors to the pool. Two other bedrooms with private bathrooms. The side entrance leads into a large laundry room with a washer and dryer and half bath.
Second Floor
Custom-built floating staircase leads you into a grand open floor plan with vaulted ceilings throughout. Chefs kitchen with oversized island, dining room that seats 16, living room with gas fireplace, full bar with all the amenities, separate pantry, powder room, and primary suite with private deck, bath with soaking tub, and walk-in closet with dedicated washer and dryer.
Lower Level
The lower level consists of a multi-media/meditation room, a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a bunk room with three custom queen bunks with full beds on top and ensuite bathroom, a gym, a six-person sauna, another full bathroom and separate laundry room. Stairs to access the deck.
Cottage
The Guest House known as “The Little Dip” is the 5-bedroom home and a mirror of the main house design, yet completely separate with its own pool, spa, sauna, custom fire pit, outdoor kitchen, cabana, and another large deck space that will offer a place to graciously entertain family and friends.
Outdoor Area
The Dips offers an outdoor oasis with one of the largest decks on the island. The 14,000 square foot Ipe deck highlights two completely separate outdoor areas that each come with their own gunite pool, spa, custom-built 12-person fire pit, separate cabana with half bath, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor shower.

What we like about Tom Nevers
Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
