Chefs kitchen with oversized island, dining room that seats 16, living room with gas fireplace, full bar with all the amenities, separate pantry, powder room, and primary suite with private deck, bath with soaking tub, and walk-in closet with dedicated washer and dryer.
Lower Level
The lower level consists of a multi-media/meditation room, a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a bunk room with three custom queen bunks with full beds on top and ensuite bathroom, a gym, a six-person sauna, another full bathroom and separate laundry room. Stairs to access the deck.
Cottage
The separate garage studio features a King bedroom and shower.
Outdoor Area
The 14,000 square foot Ipe deck highlights the outdoor area with a gunite pool, spa, custom-built 12-person fire pit, separate cabana with half bath, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor shower.

Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
