Spend your days lounging by the pool or hop right on the bike path to ride or walk to Cisco Beach, town, and all the mid island amenities! This home is the perfect setting for your Nantucket vacation. Along with the pool, pair of chaise lounge chairs, and picnic table on the patio, there is an outdoor shower adjoining the pool cabana. Please note, the pool is heated.

First Floor

Walk through the front door into the large open Living Room and Kitchen/Dining area. This great space offers ample natural light with a rear wall made up of glass sliding doors and windows. A 70" flat screen TV and oversized sectional sofa make for a comfy living space. The 6 person dining table and chairs overlook the outdoor pool and patio. The kitchen is brand new and offers top of the line appliances. There are three bedrooms on this floor. Walk through the bedroom with two twin beds into a large full bathroom with a tub/shower. This adjoins a bedroom with a queen sized bed. Towards the rear of the home is a separate bedroom suite with a king sized bed that overlooks the pool. There is also a powder room on this floor and a large laundry room. Tenants should not use the fireplace.

Second Floor

There are two second story spaces. One staircase leads to the private Master Suite which boasts plenty of closet space as well as a large walk in glass shower in the bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer unit in this bathroom. The master suite opens to a private deck, overlooking the pool area and backyard below. On the other side of the home, there is a separate set of stairs leading to another bedroom/TV room complete with a full bathroom. This bedroom a full bed.
