First Floor
Great Point Properties presents this recently built contemporary oceanfront vacation rental in Madequecham Valley. Enter into the open concept dining/living room and kitchen. The dining area is to the left and has a fireplace, a bar with a sink and wine refrigerator and a large dining table with seating for ten. The living room has a comfortable sitting area, a large flat screen television and spectacular ocean views. French doors open out to the pool and spa area. The high end kitchen has a Wolf range, two ovens, two dishwashers, a SubZero refrigerator and a center island with seating for six. To the left of the living room is the master suite with a king bed, flat screen television, a cathedral ceiling, two walk in closets and ensuite bathroom with a glass/tile shower, double sinks, a bidet and a door to the private outdoor shower. French doors lead out to the pool and spa area. To the right of the front entrance is a powder room, laundry room and mudroom with a door out to the pool, spa and outdoor shower. The guest bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, king bed, walk in closet, flat screen television and an ensuite bathroom with a tile/glass shower.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs is a living room with a large flat screen television, sofa and a balcony with sweeping views of the ocean. The ocean facing guest bedroom has a king bed, flat screen television, balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a tile/glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a cathedral ceiling, window seat and an ensuite tub/shower bathroom that is also accessible from the living room.
Lower Level
Down the stairs and enter into a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large flat screen television. Off the living room is a refreshment room with a refrigerator, ice maker and dishwasher. The gym has exercise equipment and a large flat screen television. The hall bathroom has a large tile/glass steam shower with a bench seat. The lower level guest bedroom has two bunk beds, both with queens on the bottom and twins on top and a flat screen television. The ensuite bathroom has a combination tub/sink. The lower level has a second laundry room and a mudroom with a door that leads out to the pool/spa area.

What we like about Madequecham
Secluded and wild, Madequecham beach can be reached with a drive down dusty Bunker Road. The waves here are sometimes surf-able, other times gentle, and the bluff itself is high enough to act as a natural buffer against off-shore breezes.
