The raised back deck is equipped with a rattan couch for sunning and a large dining table and BBQ for under-the-stars dinners. The old-fashioned front porch invites a sunset cocktail, and the backyard has plenty of running-around room for kids and (well-behaved) puppies. There is also a large slate patio that serves as the rear, and main, entry point for the house. This patio allows for an easy, post-beach space to drop sandy flip-flops and towels. All Dogs Welcome: Flerwin, named after the owner's amazing yellow labs, Fletch and Irwin, welcomes dogs of all kinds. The only request is that they are very, very well behaved, super potty-trained, stay off the furniture, and that the yard is kept pristine by always taking them for a walk off-premises.
