Designed with casual abundance in mind, each bedroom in the main house features a private deck or balcony, a private bath and spectacular views of conservation land. The property also features a 38′ x 18″ heated saltwater pool.
First Floor
The great room features a soaring 27″ cathedral ceiling with wood-burning fireplace and flat screen TV, and dining table with seating for ten. Tucked into a corner is a game table. Two sets of French Doors lead out to a covered deck with outdoor fireplace and dining area. A sliding “nano†door off the great room opens fully to seamlessly combine indoor and outdoor living. This leads to a covered deck and beyond, a patio with gas fireplace and in-ground pool. The well-equipped kitchen has a large island with seating for five, coffee bar and pantry. To the left, two spacious bedrooms, one with Queen bed and another with King bed each feature private baths (shower) and private covered decks. The lounge is a secondary living room with TV and a “nano†door to the patio. There is a mud-room with washer and dryer and a powder room on this floor.
Second Floor
The second floor features two en-suite bedrooms. The primary King suite is spacious and has a private deck overlooking conservation and a luxurious bathroom with double vanities and a cement soaking tub. A second private deck off the bathroom has 2 outdoor showers. A guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds on this level has a balcony overlooking the yard and conservation beyond, and a private bath with rain-head shower.
Cottage
Guest House: The fully equipped guest house features a Queen bedroom en-suite, a Queen guest bedroom with full bath and a loft with pull-out Queen sleeper sofa. Party Barn: An ancillary building with a full kitchen has a living room with flat screen TV, and a loft bedroom with Queen bed, powder room and outdoor shower
