Off the kitchen is a laundry room, pantry, powder room, and a mudroom with a door to the side yard. The living room has a large sectional couch, fireplace, flat screen television and French doors out to the pool area. The French doors at the opposite side of the living room lead to a beautiful covered porch with a sitting area. The primary suite has a den/office with a bar, half bath and French doors to a private deck. The bedroom has a king bed, dual closets and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, shower and double sinks.
Second Floor
There are three guest bedrooms on the second floor. A queen bedroom has an ensuite tub/shower combination bathroom. A second with king bed and ensuite shower bathroom with double sinks. The third has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower bathroom. There are decks off the front and the back of the house.
Lower Level
At the bottom of the stairs you will find a gorgeous new pool table and adjoining game room. This level features a large bunk room with ensuite bathroom with shower.
