The siting of the two dwellings, with the swimming pool between the two, is ideal for a multi-generational family visit to create lasting memories.

First Floor

From the foyer, to the left is a bedroom with a queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Proceeding down the hallway past the powder room leads to the great room. This space includes the dining area with seating for eight guests, living room with a gas fireplace and doors leading to the pool, and the kitchen with a large island for casual meals.

Second Floor

Primary bedroom suite with a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The guest suite has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. A laundry room completes the second floor of this main house.

Lower Level

The bedroom in the lower level has a window to steam in natural light, in addition to a queen sized bed and bathroom with a shower. There is an adjacent kitchenette and beyond, the second laundry area.

Cottage

The Cottage, located across from the pool at the back of the property offers finishes and decor the same style and quality that of the main house. The first floor includes a living room with TV, peninsula with a breakfast bar, well stocked kitchen and beyond, a powder room. The back door of this level leads to an outdoor shower. Upstairs is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and closet. Through a sliding barn door at the base of the stairwell in the lower level is a bedroom with a king sized bed with egress to the exterior. Beyond is a laundry area and a bathroom with a marble tile and glass shower.
