First Floor
Enter into the front foyer. To the right is a tiled mud room with two coat closets and a separate laundry room. Off the mudroom is a combination tub/shower bathroom with double sinks that leads to a twin bedroom with double bunk beds. Straight through the foyer is a family room with comfortable seating, an office area and a large flat screen television. French doors lead out to the back porch and yard. The hall to the left of the family room leads to two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower. Off the back hall is a bedroom with two twin beds, an ensuite shower bathroom and French doors out to a private deck.
Second Floor
From the front foyer, go up the stairs and enter into a large open living room with cathedral ceilings, comfortable seating around the fireplace, an upright piano, a large flat screen television and two decks, one facing the back yard and the other the front. The powder room is off the living room. The kitchen is open to the living room and has double sinks, two dishwashers, an induction cooktop and a center island with five stools. To the left of the kitchen is a dining room with a large oval table that seats ten with French doors out to a deck. Stairs off the deck lead to the yard and driveway. The master suite has a queen bed, a sitting area and an ensuite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower and deep tub with jets.
Third Floor
Spiral stairs lead to a cozy loft area with a full size futon. A ships ladder leads up to the widows walk.
Cottage
One room studio with full kitchen, sitting area with television and two built in queen beds. Full bathroom with shower. This is available to rent for an extra charge of $2,000. per week.
