This beautiful Nantucket rental home is filled with natural light and offers spacious, comfortable living just outside of town. With generously sized bedrooms and plenty of living space, it provides the perfect escape from the bustle of downtown or a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach.
First Floor
Enter into a foyer area with a large living room to the left of the staircase, this opens into more open concept living space, a dining room that accommodates up to 10 and expands further into an open kitchen area. There is also a kitchen island that accommodates seating for up to 5. In a hall past the living space, there is a mudroom hall that leads to the outside deck and patio. The back staircase leads up to the second floor. On the other side of the first floor, there is a primary suite with a king bed, large walk-in closet, washer-dryer and ensuite bathroom with a tile shower. Additionally, there is a front study that offers a large workspace for two as well as a half bathroom.
Second Floor
On the second floor, there are four bedrooms. One has a king bed, with ensuite bath; there are two queen bedrooms, one of which also has an ensuite bathroom. There is a twin bedroom, also with an ensuite bathroom. Further towards the back of the second floor, there is a cozy seating area with a TV, which also connects the backstair case down to the kitchen.
Lower Level
The lower level of the house is finished with a bunk room that has bunk beds and one twin bed; this also has doors that access the outside via a stair to the patio area. There is a large full gym with a TV and another full bathroom as well.
