This Nantucket vacation rental was fully renovated and exquisitely decorated in 2018. "Cato Beach" is a stunning gem of quiet elegance and contemporary style located one mile from town. Designed for a large, fun-loving group, those who love to entertain and enjoy a combination of indoor/outdoor living space. Situated on almost an acre and abutting conservation land, the home and cottage are carefully arranged to offer outdoor living. The property boasts a fully landscaped and lighted yard and an oversized 20'x40' custom designed sports pool with an automatic cover, outdoor film projector and oversized screen. A hammock, professional grill, plenty of off-street parking and immense attention to detail make this an ideal rental choice. The property is located directly behind the Nashaquisett community giving residents direct access to the Surfside bike path. Easily accommodating up to 27 guests in 20 beds, these two dwellings also include exceptionally comfortable sitting rooms and fully finished lower levels. Connecting the two properties is an oversized front yard that affords numerous opportunities for fun-filled family recreation.
First Floor
The modern chef's kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances including an induction cooktop/oven by Wolf and refrigerator/freezer, ice maker and wine cooler by Sub-Zero. The kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for eight. Large sliders lead out to the back deck and pool where you will find lounge chairs, an L-shaped sectional and a dining table with seating for eight. The living area room has an oversized sofa, a decorative fireplace and a 40" OLED UHD television. The primary suite has a king bed, decorative fireplace, private patio and an en suite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower and free-standing tub. The first floor also hosts a full guest bath with a shower and a laundry area.
Second Floor
On the second floor you will find five bedrooms; bedroom one has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, bedroom two has three twin beds, bedroom three has four extra long twin beds, bedroom four has a queen bed and bedroom five has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are two hall bathrooms with combination tub/shower bathrooms. The large den/media area has a 50" UHD OLED flat screen television and PlayStation-4 game console. For added convenience, guests on the second floor have access to a full laundry room and very generous custom built closet space.
Lower Level
The lower level has a spacious family room with a 50" OLEO UHD television, a queen sleeper sofa, a game table with seating for eight, and a twin day bed. You may access the yard and pool from the lower level.
Cottage
"Cato Beach" Cottage is a five bedroom, three bathroom fully renovated three-story cottage with off-street parking for four cars and outdoor private patio. The upper two floors include a living area, dining/kitchen area and four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has one day bed with a trundle, bedroom three has a king bed, and the forth has three twin beds. The cottage has two full bath, one on the main level and one on the second floor. The lower level has a galley kitchen, den, queen bedroom and a full bathroom. The lower level also has an additional outdoor entrance.
