Ideally located near Madaket Beach, Madaket harbor, and Millie's restaurant. Within walking distance to the shuttle bus stop that makes getting to town easy.
First Floor
The first floor has a welcoming kitchen and island with additional casual seating in the bay window. There is a separate dining and living area, and a den with a TV and sectional couch. The primary bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite bath and shower.
Second Floor
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two double beds in each.
Lower Level
The lower level is great for kids and entertainment. There is a large TV sitting area, ping pong and game tables, and a built in bar.
Outdoor Area
Private outdoor area with a deck, patio, and fire pit.
