Ajacent is the living area with a gas fireplace and beyond, the formal front entrance. On a landing between the main and lower levels is a primary ensuite with direct access to the patio and jacuzzi. A few steps up from the main level, another king bedroom awaits with its own ensuite bathroom.
Second Floor
The second floor offers another living area, a queen bedroom and twin bedroom. A second washer/dryer is also on this floor as well as a bathroom in the hallway to service both bedrooms.
Lower Level
The lower level features an ensuite king bedroom, a full living room with a private entrance, and a large laundry room with a second refrigerator for added convenience.
Cottage
The separate garage structure has stairs leading up to a king size ensuite bedroom which includes a mini-split a/c unit and wall mounted flat screen TV.
