A separate study next to the dining area includes a desk with two 32" computer monitors perfect for working remotely. Full bath with tub and shower on the first floor.
Second Floor
The second floor boasts a spacious Primary suite (king) with a high vaulted ceiling, atrium windows, French doors to a private deck facing the Harbor, workspace, large TV, and a private bath with tub and shower. There are two large guest bedrooms with two full beds in each that share a hall bath with tub and shower. The second floor also features a light-filled open-ceiling winding staircase to the third floor and a bright laundry area with two washing machines and two dryers.
Third Floor
The third floor opens to a sitting area with a large TV, a suite with a king bed and harbor views, a workspace area, and a full bath with tub and shower.
