There is a main house on the property that can be rented with this cottage, offering a compound feel for large family gatherings. The main house may be rented separately or owner occupied but there is good separation between the two dwellings.
First Floor
Enter into a mudroom with a powder room opposite. To the right of the entrance is a first floor bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom with a tiled shower. This room has French doors that open out onto the pool and covered porch. The galley kitchen has an open floor plan offering bar seating, a dining table, and living room with a gas fire place. Doors open from the living room out onto the patio and pool area.
Second Floor
There are two well lit bedrooms on the second floor; a master suite with a king size bed, a private bathroom with double vanities and a tiled shower, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. A second bedroom with two full size beds offers plenty of storage along with a private bathroom with tub/shower.
Lower Level
The lower level offers four bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. A small TV room and a laundry area complete this level.
