First Floor
There are two master suites on the first floor, both with king beds, ensuite bathrooms and French doors out to the beautifully landscaped grounds. The laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers are located on this floor.
Second Floor
Open concept living kitchen, living and dining with a wall of glass and French doors out to the deck. The ultra gourmet chef's kitchen has Miele luxury appliances including double convection ovens, microwave, double warming drawers, built in espresso bar, induction cooktop, dishwasher and a Fisher Paykel refrigerator. There is an under-counter wine/drink cooler and ice machine positioned at the side bar. Second floor also offers two additional guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms, one with king bed and slider to outdoor deck, one with two twins.
Third Floor
The third floor loft has two sitting areas with amazing views over conservation land with the beach and ocean beyond. There is an additional powder room and two twin beds on this level.
