First Floor

Coastal inspired furnishings with an open concept living area on the 1st floor. Gorgeous gourmet kitchen with a huge island and a mudroom/wet bar with mini fridge off kitchen. Cozy living room with large sectional and Smart TV. A large slider out the back leads to an oversized rear covered porch with separate dining and lounging areas. On the first floor you will also find a tucked away private Queen bed guest room with Ensuite. Coat closet and powder room located off the main front hall.

Second Floor

Upstairs you will find a spacious primary suite and an oversized guest suite. The relaxing, primary suite is divided into two areas; separated by a luxurious bathroom with a double vanity, rain shower and free standing soaking tub. There is a king bedroom on one side of the suite with a large desk for use as a vanity or an extra work from home space. This room also has a balcony that overlooks hundreds of acres of conservation land with ocean views and beautiful sunsets. The other half of the primary suite has a queen bed for overflow guests or use as a den or changing area. The 2nd floor also has a sizable Queen guest suite with private bath and a TV sitting area with loveseat. There is also a desk area with wireless printer and a large laundry room off the second floor hallway.

Unfinished - Beach toys, games, coolers, etc. are stored at bottom of stairs in basement foyer.
