First Floor
The front foyer with a stairway to the second floor leads to a formal living room with a decorative fireplace and a dining room with seating for six. At the back of the house, you will find a family room, a sun porch that overlooks the yard, and an eat-in kitchen. The rear hallway has a custom built-in pantry cupboard, a stairwell to the second floor, a powder room, and a laundry room.

The second floor has four bedrooms; two with queen beds, one with a full bed, and the fourth with twin beds. The bedrooms share two hall bathrooms, one with a shower and the second with a combination tub/shower.
