The main floor is sun-drenched and flows seamlessly onto the deck and yard beyond, a space well-suited for play and summertime fun. A neighborhood network of flat streets and nearby the Hummock Pond Bike Path are ideal for bike riders of all ages, leading one towards Town in one direction, or Bartlett Farm, 167 Raw and Cisco Brewery in the other. This property is offered for one 2-week rental in 2024, starting Saturday, August 17th, 2024 onward.
First Floor
The light and bright floor plan is oriented around the deck and yard beyond and enjoys sunshine throughout the day. The living room has cathedral ceilings and a TV, and flows into the dining area with seating for eight guests. Doors from this space lead onto the deck and grilling area. The kitchen is beyond with a center island and wine refrigerator. The master suite is found at the far end of the house with a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Next door is a nursery with a crib, and beyond, a separate designated office. A powder room, mudroom and laundry area are also found on this floor.
Second Floor
A second master ensuite offers a king sized bed, dressing room area and a private bathroom with a shower. Next door is a room with two twin sized beds and beyond is a bedroom with a queen sized bed. A bathroom at the end of the hallway offers a tub and separate shower.
Lower Level
The family room offers additional space to read or take in a movie. Down the hallway leads to two bedrooms; The one on the left has two twin sized beds, and the one straight ahead has four twin sized beds. A bathroom with a shower is shared by both bedrooms.

What we like about Hummock Pond
Hummock Pond is ideal for nature lovers, with miles of trails, water views, and wildlife! More than a mile long, Hummock Pond is an outwash pond extending from the middle of the western portion of Nantucket down to the ocean with a barrier beach in front of it. Hummock Pond and its head are classified as coastal salt ponds. Undisrupted nature at its best.
