This is a newly renovated, cheerfully decorated, and well equipped house in a quiet area near Town. The sunny back deck offers a comfortable seating area and dining table with umbrella...great sunsets from the deck! Easy access to Madaket bike bath and very close to the top of Main Street of Town.
First Floor
From front stoop, enter into spacious and bright Living room, which is open to the dining area with two tables and a long window seat. The kitchen is well equipped and flows easily to outdoor dining on the sunny back deck. The First floor bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and large walk-in closet. A powder room is located just off the Living room.
Second Floor
The stairs lead to a spacious second floor landing with a hall bath with two sinks and a tub/shower. Two bedrooms (Queen and Twins) share the hall bath. The second floor Master has a King bed and full bath (tub /shower).
Lower Level
The lower level walk-out consists of a Living room with TV, a beverage refrigerator, a bedroom with double bunks, laundry room and storage room. The lower level leads out to the outdoor shower, and serves as convenient access for bringing in wet towels from the beach.
