First Floor
Large bright kitchen with a cathedral ceiling and dining area with seating for ten. French doors lead out the a deck where you will find a dining table with seating for eight and an umbrella. The kitchen has granite countertops, an electric stove and refrigerator by Kitchen Aid and a Bosch dishwasher. The kitchen is open to the living/dining area where you will find two leather couches and a dining table with seating for six. The small den/office at the front of the house has comfortable seating, a large flat screen television and a desk. The full bathroom off the living area has a clawfoot tub and linen closet with beach towels and household linens. Off the kitchen is the laundry room which leads to the master suite at the back of the house. The suite is complete with his and her closets, an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a glass enclosed steam shower, a king bed, French doors out to the deck, a separate office and a door out to the private outdoor shower.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs you will find a cozy alcove with a pull out futon and a flat screen television. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
