Situated on the corner of a charming street in Nantucket's Old Historic District, this six bedroom, five and a half bath Nantucket vacation home built in 2017 offers a rare opportunity for newer construction in Town. It is a melding of classic Nantucket styling and modern luxury by its beautiful interiors, bathed in natural light. 2022 updates include new furnishing, art, rugs, lighting and amenities add to the optimal vacation experience. First Floor
Step inside the front door to find an inviting open floorplan and wood floors throughout. The living room, flanked on three sides by windows and porches, features a widescreen TV and cozy gas fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, a large carrera marble island for four and all the amenities to match the conveniences of your own home. The first floor also hosts a spacious dining room with seating for 10 and a Serena and Lily bar cart for your favored libations. The first floor bedroom features a new bed with linen bedding and an ensuite bath. A sunny office with new built-ins and a printer is just the place to work if needed. A mud room and a powder room complete the rooms of the first floor. Glass doors off of the kitchen beckon to the sun-soaked patio with seating for 6, while the adjacent covered porch provides a quiet space for outdoor lounging, both with expansive umbrellas for shade. More al fresco living is to be enjoyed at the newly built bluestone patio with fire pit and gas grill. Enjoy a sublime refreshing rinse-off in the outdoor shower after an enjoyable trip to the beach.
Second Floor
Journey upstairs to find a lovely and spacious sun-filled Primary bedroom with a king bed, dual-sinked ensuite bath. Queen bedroom with an ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms - one with a queen and one with twins share a jack-and-jill marble bath. All rooms and are outfitted with Sferra linens, Boll and Branch towels, Nest products and enjoy verdant views of the peaceful Town neighborhood.
Lower Level
The lower level large game room serves up the entertainment with foosball, arcade and other games along with a wide screen TV and lounging area. The 6th bedroom and a full bath accommodate additional guests.
