This stunning Nantucket vacation rental is located in the Hawthorne Park Community. Guests are granted private access to a 18 x 48 community pool, a workout facility, common social areas, and green spaces. There is bike path access on Hummock Pond Road and the rental is only a short distance from Cisco Brewery, Bartlett Farm, and the Cisco beaches. NEW for the 2025 Season, a new fire table and Tucci umbrella for added enjoyment of the generous outdoor space.
First Floor
From the driveway, enter the back foyer/laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer and powder room. Straight ahead is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. To the right of the foyer is the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen has stone countertops, island seating for three, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a six-burner Wolf gas range. The dining area has seating for eight with French doors out to the back patio where you will find a lounge area, a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for eight. The living room has comfortable seating around a gas fireplace with a large flat-screen television and French doors out to the back patio.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs to the left is the primary bedroom with a king bed, flat screen television, and a large ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a glass-enclosed tiled shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms to the right of the stairs, they both have queen beds and share a hall shower/tub combo bathroom.
Lower Level
Bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, as well as access to the exterior. Large living room with TV and game table.

What we like about Hummock Pond
Hummock Pond is ideal for nature lovers, with miles of trails, water views, and wildlife! More than a mile long, Hummock Pond is an outwash pond extending from the middle of the western portion of Nantucket down to the ocean with a barrier beach in front of it. Hummock Pond and its head are classified as coastal salt ponds. Undisrupted nature at its best.
