To the left of the kitchen is a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer and a full bathroom with a shower bathroom that leads into a bedroom with built-in twin beds. The second first-floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite shower bathroom.
Second Floor
The primary suite is located on the second floor and has a seating area, spectacular ocean views, a king bed, and a private bathroom with a combination tub/shower. In addition, there is a small bedroom with a trundle bed.
