The main house has a spacious and bright living room with cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and access to multiple decks with views of Sankaty Lighthouse and the Atlantic Ocean. First Floor
The first floor master has a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom. The two guest bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with a single bed, share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower. Take a few steps down to the lower level where you will find the washer and dryer and a door that gives easy access to the driveway.
Second Floor
Walk up the stairs to the front porch and enter into the newly renovated kitchen/dining area with soapstone countertops, a cathedral ceiling and stainless steel appliances by General Electric. The dining area has seating for eight and a powder room. A door from the dining area leads to a deck with stairs down to the yard.
Third Floor
A few steps up from the dining area is a living room with comfortable seating, a large flat screen television and French doors that lead out to the ocean facing deck.
Cottage
Above the garage is a studio apartment with two twin beds which can be pushed together to make a king. A seating area, kitchenette with an electric range and a balcony complete the studio.

Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
