This property has a two-week minimum.
First Floor
The welcoming foyer with double stairs leads into a light and bright open living room (with fireplace) and dining area that spills onto a deck that looks onto a hedged-in lawn and pool area. The kitchen opens onto the living area allowing the host(s) and conststs of a five burner gas stove top, double Thermidor ovens, SubZero refrigerator and Miele dishwasher. The dining area has seating for six with two sets of French doors that lead out to the covered porch, heated pool and cabana. The family room has comfortable seating and a large flat screen television. The master bedroom, at the back of the house has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower. A laundry room and half bathroom complete the first floor.
Second Floor
The second floor includes a large open landing above the main entry; second master bedroom with king bed with a shower and separate soaking tub; bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath (tub/shower) and bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath (tub/shower); cozy den.
Third Floor
Spiral stairs lead to a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom.
Cottage
Pool cabana offers a half bath, wet bar and changing room.
