This Nantucket vacation rental is a newly renovated and furnished (2021) offering four-bedroom, three- and-one-half bathrooms. Located in Naushop village it’s just a short drive or leisurely bike ride to Town, Surfside Beach and close to myriad mid-island conveniences via the Old South Road bike path. The Naushop community also features a pool, playground, pickleball court and two tennis courts, which happen to be a few hundred feet away from the house.
First Floor
The first floor features an open and airy light filled floor plan. To the left of the foyer is a home office with a desk and to the right is a movie lounge with an oversized sofa and large flat-screen television. The kitchen has new high-end appliances, a center island with seating and is open to the dining area. The half bath and laundry are located just off the kitchen. The open living area has two seating areas, one with a decorative fireplace and television and a sunroom with a wall of windows overlooking the back patio and yard. Access to the sunny back patio and yard is located just off the living area.
Second Floor
The master suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The guest suite has a queen bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. Of the two additional bedrooms; the first has a queen bed and the second has a double bed with twin bunks. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower.

What we like about Naushop
The neighborhood includes a newly renovated heated saltwater pool for adults as well as a kiddie pool, synthetic turf tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a new playground — perfect for toddlers and small children. These facilities are open only to residents, renters, and their guests.
