This Nantucket summer rental enters into a two story foyer; to the right is the light-filled living room with a flat screen TV. Beyond is the dining area with seating for eight, and a door leading out to the back patio, furnished for outdoor dining. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and offers a large center island, granite counters and well appointed appliances and cookware. A powder room and separate side entrance/mudroom complete the first floor.
Second Floor
Primary bedroom suite with a king bed, walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a large tiled shower, separate soaking tub and a vanity with two sinks. The bedroom across the hall has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. The laundry room is also found on this floor.
Third Floor
At the top of the stairs and to the right is a bedroom with two twin sized beds and two closets. Across the hall is a spacious bedroom with a queen sized bed. A spacious bathroom with a tiled shower completes services these two bedrooms.
Lower Level
An excellent space for rare rainy days or movie nights, the lower level is very spacious and includes a large screen TV, comfortable seating, and an alcove with a table and arts and crafts/game table.

What we like about Naushop
The neighborhood includes a newly renovated heated saltwater pool for adults as well as a kiddie pool, synthetic turf tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a new playground — perfect for toddlers and small children. These facilities are open only to residents, renters, and their guests.
