Four bedrooms and two full baths, wood floors throughout. This Nantucket vacation property is clean, simple and efficient. Extra-large yard allows for ample room for play time and games! This home is well loved and maintained by the current owners and their generations of families who have enjoyed time on Nantucket. It is the ideal location for those who want a simple, charming home with easy access to town but also ease of access to beaches, bike paths, and historical attractions like the Old Mill, which is less than a block away. The Old Mill was built in 1746 and is the only surviving mill of the four "smock mills" that once stood overlooking Nantucket town. It is now the oldest functioning mill in the country.
