This Nantucket vacation home features a five bedroom, 4.5 bath main house and a one bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage and is situated on an oversized lot providing privacy but also convenience to all the amenities of town.
First Floor
The circular shell drive leads to the formal front entryway. A front parlor with a fireplace is to the left of the front entryway and an office/library with built-in is to the right. Beyond the entryway is the kitchen to the right and dining room to the left. The well-equipped kitchen has a large center island and there is a pantry and powder room just off the kitchen. The dining room is opposite the kitchen and also has a fireplace and window seat. The spacious and light-filled family room is just beyond the kitchen and dining room and features windows overlooking the oversized yard and French doors to the deck, a fireplace and custom built-ins.
Second Floor
The front stair leads to the second floor with wide hallway. The large primary bedroom is located at the rear of the house and overlooks the lovely backyard. It features a fireplace and private bath with a soaking tub and shower. Two additional guest bedrooms, each with a private bath are also on the second floor, in addition to the laundry room with washer and dryer and sink.
Third Floor
The third floor is comprised entirely of two bedrooms, each with built-in twin beds, and a full shared bathroom between them.
Cottage
Charming guesthouse with one bedroom and one full and one-half bath on two floors.
