To the left is a Diningroom which seats 8-10, and opens into a Livingroom with large screen TV and 2 sets of French doors which lead out to a wrap around deck and a spacious pool area with separate hot tub. The living room is open to a large eat-in kitchen with 6 burner gas Wolf stove top with griddle and double oven, Subzero fridge, center island, and peninsula with 3 stools. A back door here leads to the pool area, and a front door leads out to the circular driveway and guest cottage. Off the kitchen's back hall is a tiled laundry room with double full-sized stack washers and dryers, sink, and utility closet, and powder room. The first floor primary suite with King bed offers a TV, desk area, private bath with separate Jacuzzi tub and glass shower, water closet, 2 sink areas, and a walk in closet with safe.
Second Floor
Two bedrooms on this level share a full hall bath with tub/shower and double sinks. The first bedroom offers two twin beds. The second bedroom offers a King bed. Both rooms are quite spacious!
Third Floor
There is a Queen bedroom with full Bath with shower on this level. A tiny room with crib is located off the bath, but is not suitable for sleeping, other than a baby.
Lower Level
The finished lower level offers a large room with sectional sofa and large TV , as well as a separate game room, perfect for rainy days, with a bar, shuffle board table, ping pong, and foos ball, etc...Fun for all ages!
Attic
Access to a roof walk is not permitted.
Cottage
"Guest Quarters" is a nice one bedroom cottage with attached garage. From the front door, enter into an open sitting area with TV, small round table with 3 chairs, electric stove, apartment sized dish washer, and fridge. A tiled mudroom offers a powder room and a door leading to an outdoor shower. The upstairs landing has a sitting area with sofa and 2 reading chairs. There is a Queen bedroom with TV and full bath with tub/shower. The lower level has an exercise room with rubber mat floor, offering guests the use of a Peloton, hand weights, rowing machine, and tread mill.
Outdoor Area
The property offers plenty of parking on the attractive circular shell driveway, a spacious lawn in front for games, and an equally spacious and fully enclosed private pool area out back. An outdoor dining area is located near the kitchen for easy entertaining. Plenty of pool furniture and umbrellas offer comfortable areas for relaxation and family enjoyment.
