Second Floor
Upstairs is a bright open living area with a dining table that seats fourteen, gourmet kitchen, study area, screened in porch and a huge deck. The doors between the deck and the living area slide into the walls doubling the open social space, there are distant views of town and the harbor from deck. Powder room.
Third Floor
The master suite has a sitting area, king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and shower.

The lower level has a pool table, foosball, a ping pong table and weights.
