There is a TV room off the side of the living room with comfortable sectional sofa and french doors that lead to the pool area. On the left side of the first floor, there is an open concept dinning room (with seating for 8) and open style kitchen. The white marble theme and open floor plan allow for a bright and light space, perfect for enjoying time spent in the kitchen. There is a mudroom and laundry room off the side of the kitchen that connects with a side porch entry as well.
Second Floor
The upstairs boasts three bedrooms; one primary suite with access to an upstairs deck. A brightly lit ensuite bathroom offers a tile shower, standing soaking tub all under a skylight window. There are two queen bedrooms, both ensuite with tile showers, one of which offers access to the upstairs deck.
