This Nantucket vacation rental offers a beautifully remodeled six bedroom house, a two bedroom guest cottage and a full-sized pool with a beautiful green lawn area and landscaping that offers privacy. The home is close to all that Town has to offer, with numerous restaurants, shops and so much more.
First Floor
Enter into the front foyer, to the left is a mud room with cubbies and a laundry room with a stacked LG washer and dryer. Just beyond is an open concept kitchen and dining area. The high-end kitchen has a Sub-Zero refrigerator, gas Wolf range, double ovens by Wolf, island seating for five and a door out to the side deck where you will find a gas grill with seating. The dining area has seating for eight with French doors that lead out to the back deck and pool. One step down from the dining area are two bunk rooms, both with twin over full bunks. The bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a glass enclosed tiled shower and double sinks. To the left of the foyer are a half bathroom and a great room with a large sectional, flat screen television and French doors that lead out to the side deck. A ship's ladder leads to a narrow open loft with seating.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs are two linen closets, a guest bedroom with a flat screen television and a private hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, flat screen television and an ensuite shower bathroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, king bed, flat screen television and an ensuite shower bathroom with a glass enclosed tiled shower and double sinks.
Lower Level
The well outfitted lower level offers fun for the whole family. The space includes a very large family room and several game areas including shuffleboard and a pool table. There is also a bedroom with a king sized bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Cottage
Enter into an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has comfortable seating with a flat screen television, the dining area has seating for four and the kitchen has a gas range and stainless steel appliances by General Electric. The cottage has two guest bedrooms, the first has a king bed and the second two twin beds. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
