First Floor
The first floor of this luxurious vacation home offers ample entertainment space. The large, marble-countertop kitchen includes the finest appliances, a farmers sink, a wet bar, and an island with seating for four. Continuing through the living and dining areas, find a dining table for ten, a sitting room with a fireplace, a cozy den with a television, and an additional sitting room with a wet bar including a sub-zero drink refrigerator, wine fridge, and plenty of seating. The dining area opens up to a screened-in porch with comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill, overlooking the pool and backyard. Also on this level, find a Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a glass-enclosed tiled tub and shower. Completing the first floor is a mudroom with a washer and dryer, and a half bathroom.
Second Floor
The second floor includes the primary bedroom, complete with a King size bed, a beautiful bathroom with a separate soaking tub, a glass-enclosed tiled shower and double vanities. Access to a private deck with stunning views of Nantucket Sound leads off this room. Find two additional bedrooms on the second floor, one with Twin beds, and the other with a Queen, each with its own full bathroom with tub/showers. Completing the second floor is a comfortable sitting room with a television, and access to a deck overlooking the pool and backyard.
Third Floor
This floor features a bunk room with two sets of Twin bunk beds, a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and bathtub, a large office with a desk, and access to the widow's walk with scenic town and ocean views.
Cottage
The cottage features a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living area, complete with the finest kitchen appliances, an island with bar seating for three, marble countertops, a television, comfortable seating, and a porch looking out to the pool and backyard areas. On the first floor, find a bunk room with two sets of Twin beds complete with a full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. On the second floor, there is a primary bedroom with a King size bed with a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower. A bedroom with a Queen size bed also has a private bathroom with a tiled shower, as well as a private deck looking out to the yard, pool, and Nantucket Sound.
