First Floor
Enter down a light-filled hallway, with office to the right. Ahead is the living area with French doors and a vista of the pool and outdoor living space. Turn right to the open living, dining and kitchen area. Half bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances and will meet your every cooking need. The living room is airy and bright with vaulted ceilings and French doors opening up to the pool and deck area. Continue straight to the mud room and laundry room. From the main entry way, turn left to enter the main-level master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bath and doors to pool area.
Second Floor
Head upstairs to a bright hallway with inviting window seat overlooking the pool. At the top of the stairs turn right to a bunk room with en-suite bath and to the upstairs king suite with dedicated bath with walk in shower. At the top of the stairs turn left to the queen suite with bath and walk-in closet.
Lower Level
From the main level head downstairs to the family room where you will find comfortable seating, a wet bar with ice maker and wine refrigerator, large TV, Playstation 3 and some traditional board games and puzzles for some quality family-time. Off the family room to the left is a suite with queen bed, a walk-in closet and en-suite bath. To the right is a suite with plenty of closet space, en suite bath and two double beds.
Cottage
The Cottage overlooks the pool and is perfect for a couple or small family. The main level has an open living space with seating area, t.v., small dining table for 4 and small kitchen. Head upstairs to a queen bedroom with ensuite bath.
