Foyer with cathedral ceiling and two staircases leading to the second floor. Open concept living/dining room; the dining room has seating for eight and the living room has two comfortable seating areas, a fire place, French doors out to the front porch and a powder room. Cozy den with oversized sofa, flat screen television, powder room and stairs that lead to the fourth guest bedroom. Kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a four burner gas stove, a wine refrigerator and a dining table with seating for six. Mud and laundry rooms are off the kitchen.
Second Floor
Master suite with fireplace, king bed, ensuite shower bathroom and a private ocean facing balcony. Guest bedroom with fireplace, ensuite tub/shower combo bathroom and a private balcony with ocean views. Guest bedroom with two twin beds and an ensuite tub/shower combo bathroom. The fourth bedroom is accessed from a private set of stairs in the den and has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
